To service each and every one of our customers with equal attention is our ultimate goal. If you think your VISIONSAT product needs repair/replacement, please read our F.A.Q. first to see if the product is truly defective. Many times there are simple firmware fixes that can alleviate various problems. Please note, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR VISIONSAT AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR WARRANTY SERVICE. We service our dealers that have defective returns, and they must service the customer end with brand new replacements only if your product is defective and meets warranty service guideliens.

Our authorized dealers serve all VISIONSAT products in the USA/Puerto Rico. All customers MUST contact their dealer for RMA. We only service our dealers. Our dealers will REPLACE your VISIONSAT product at their own terms, if it is defective and is eligible for warranty replacement.

To be eligible for warranty replacement, you must::

  1. -Have your receipt from your VISIONSAT Authorized Dealer.
  2. -VISIONSAT product must be within warranty term (1 year for our receivers).
  3. -You agree to comply with our Warranty Terms before sending in your product for servicing.
  4. -You agree to comply with your Authorized Dealer's own policies and terms.

If you fail to meet these conditions, our authorized dealers will decline service of your product. All products sent to our authorized dealers that do not meet our terms will be either sent back at customer's cost or discarded.
